I am an Idaho native raised on a dairy farm in Jerome, Idaho. I moved to Nampa in 1959. I started my real estate carrier in 1973 and got my broker’s license in 1975. I have been active in the Nampa Association of Realtors and the Idaho State Association of Realtors. I served as president for the Nampa Association for one year and was a state director for 12 years serving on various state committees. I was voted as Idaho State Realtor Of The Year in 1987.

In Nampa I have served as chairman of the board of directors for organizations
such as the United Way, Nampa Chamber of Commerce, Nampa Association of Realtors, Nampa T-craft Aero Club, and the Red Cross and am a regular blood
donor having given 30 gallons of blood over the past 55 years. I have also served on advisory boards for F.F.A, Boy Scouts, Idaho Power and NNU.
Some of my favorite charities are The Idaho Youth Ranch, Boys and Girls Club of Nampa, Mission Aviation Fellowship and the Snake River Stampede 4-H Buckaroo Breakfast.

I have been married to my wife,  Jackie for 46 years and we have 3 grown married children, 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. I plan to continue in the real estate business for as long as I can.

Five things to remember:

1. Real Estate is a patient investment

2. There is no bad real estate, only bad ownership

3. Most people don’t know what they want until they see it

4. Nothing happens until a sale is made

5. Take a little; leave a little
